Do you know the characteristics of the oven glass process?

First, the oven glass pressing method

Pressing method: a method of injecting molten glass into a mold, placing a die ring, pressing the punch in, and forming a product between the punch and the die ring and the model.

Process characteristics

Advantages:

Accurate shape , outer pattern products , simple process and high production capacity

   Oven glass disadvantages:

1. The inner cavity of the product cannot be enlarged downwards, otherwise the punch cannot be taken out, and the side wall of the inner cavity cannot have a convex or concave place;

2 , can not produce thin-walled and inner cavity in the vertical direction of the product;

3 , the surface of the product is not smooth, often with spots and mold seams;

Application: Solid and hollow glass products, glass bricks, water cups, vases, tableware, etc.

Second, the oven glass blowing method

Blowing method: A method in which a molten glass liquid is blown into a product by a blow pipe or a blow head.

It mainly includes manual blowing and mechanical blowing.

1 , manual blowing

     Oven glass process features: the product surface is smooth, the size is more accurate, and the efficiency is low.

Application: Small batch size, high-grade utensils, art glass, etc.

2 , mechanical blowing method

Process characteristics: the two steps of pressing and blowing are completed, first forming the mouth and the young line.

Application: Production of hollow products such as jars and small bottles.

Third, the drawing method

Drawing method: a method of injecting molten glass into a mold and drawing it into a product by a mechanical means through a cooler.
