Defogging glass, also known as dimming glass and smart color-changing glass, is a relatively high-end intelligent functional glass. 1.1 The resistance between the defogging glass grounding contact and the parts to be grounded shall not exceed 0.1 Ω;


1.2 The earth leakage current of the defogging glass should not exceed 0.25mA ;


1.3 Defogging glass should be able to withstand 120V AC, and it will not break down after 60S ;


1.4 The service life of the defogging glass is not less than 50000h ;


1.5 Defogging glass should work normally in the environment of -10 °C ~ +60 °C.


Second, what is the principle of dimming glass?




Dimming glass is a new type of special optoelectronic glass product that sandwiches the liquid crystal film into the middle of two layers of glass and is integrally formed by high temperature and high pressure bonding. The user controls the transparency and opacity of the glass by controlling whether the current is turned on or off. The glass itself has all the characteristics of safety glass, and at the same time has the privacy protection function to control the transparency of the glass .


Working principle: When the electronic control product is turned off, the liquid crystal molecules inside the electronically controlled dimming glass will exhibit an irregular dispersion state. At this time, the electronic control glass has a transparent and opaque appearance; after energization, the liquid crystal molecules inside are neatly arranged. Arranged, the light can be freely penetrated, and the electronically controlled liquid crystal glass is in a transparent state.
