High temperature silk screen production process principle

High-temperature silk screen printing is made by high-temperature melting. It has the characteristics of strong three-dimensionality , bright and transparent , and good decorative effect . It is very popular among people ! Now all major cities are hot and popular , and it has injected a new life into the glass industry ! There are mainly the following products : hot melt art mirror, hot-melt basin, double-layer, fruit bowl, ashtray, mosaic, melting and other products with artistic shapes and patterns .

The production of hot-melt three-dimensional glass must have a hot melt furnace to produce , and also have about 40kW of electricity . The hot melting furnace can be made by itself or purchased from the relevant equipment manufacturers . The self-made stove is more practical and low cost , but it should be more mature. Production technology , otherwise it will not be worth the loss . The price, quality and performance of the furnaces produced by each factory have a big difference . I hope that everyone will shop around and seriously consider it .

Burning various high temperature silk screen patterns with quartz sand is a simple and cost-effective method . The production method is as follows : firstly determine the thickness of the sand and the number of sand according to the requirements of the pattern effect. The thickness of the sand used is generally 37.5px thick. As long as the sand is flattened, you can draw various patterns on it . After the pattern is painted, the glass can be put into the furnace and fired . The time and temperature of the firing depend on the furnace of each manufacturer . Generally, the furnace takes about 2.5 hours , and the temperature is controlled at about 785 °C . When the temperature is high, the glass edge can be rounded , and the glass pattern can be formed by recessing . If the glass is required to be flat, the position of the flat side should be left. Good . The glass must be cleaned and the tin surface must face down . Some sand mold patterns need to be completed with materials such as high temperature paper . Various types of shapes can be made by using high temperature mud, refractory board, gypsum, high temperature cotton, refractory brick and other refractory materials. Patterns and molds . After the baked glass is baked, it needs to be cooled before it can be washed . Otherwise , it will break easily . When the glass is not cooled, it cannot be put together several pieces , otherwise it will be easy to burst .
