Factors affecting the non-conductive coating "fried film"

The glass breaks in the tempering furnace, commonly known as the fryer, which is an abnormal condition in the production of tempered glass. Since the glass is broken in the tempering furnace, it is usually necessary to cool the furnace to clean it. For deep processing enterprises, it usually means thousands or even tens of thousands of cost losses. At the same time, it takes at least 24 hours for the tempering furnace to cool down, clean the furnace, and then heat up to resume production . Therefore, the tempering fryer often affects the production plan execution and order delivery. The following summarizes the following factors that affect the non-conductive coating "fried film".

1 , the quality of the original glass of electric heating glass

 

The main influences of the original film on the tempering fryer are mainly stones, bubbles and microcracks. Blast furnaces in the glass tempering process of 12mm or more are often caused by defects in the original film. In addition to purchasing high quality original films, only the inspection before the furnace is strengthened. The glass is a process of rapid heating in the tempering furnace. During this process, the glass pressure is subjected to thermal stress, and at the same time, since the glass is a brittle material, some micro cracks rapidly expand under the action of thermal stress to cause the glass to rupture. Just like a piece of paper is tightened, as long as there is a small crack, the paper will break open from the crack.

 

2 , cold glass hollow glass processing quality

 

The cold working causes the tempering blast furnace to refer to the edge crack caused by edging, drilling, slotting, etc., resulting in a tempering fryer. During the tempering process, the edge is subjected to a large thermal stress and is also a place that is easily broken. Tempered glass must be edged to eliminate cracks from the cutting edge. Drilling and grooving are the same as edging, and it is also necessary to eliminate cracks at the hole or slot, otherwise the glass may rupture from the crack during heating.

 

3 , video screen glass tempering process: heating too fast and uneven heating

 

Heating too fast is mainly related to the temperature setting being too high and the convection setting being too large. Excessive heating will cause the temperature of the glass to rise too quickly after it enters the furnace, resulting in a large thermal stress of the glass causing the glass to blast. In general, the thicker the glass, the larger the layout, the slower the heating rate should be. Explosive fragments caused by excessive heating are generally small pieces. The imbalance of heating mainly means that the heating speed of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass is different when the glass is heated in the tempering furnace. While heating is fast, the temperature is high, while the heating is slow and the temperature is low. In this case, the glass will warp in the tempering furnace, and the roller will be white-printed, and the glass will directly hit the roller or the heating element will be broken. Uneven heating is common on LOW-E glass. It relies mainly on temperature and convection regulation. Direct observation of the state of the glass in the furnace is an effective way to avoid it.

 

4 , the device is abnormal

 

The explosion caused by abnormal equipment is mainly caused by the transmission system. Commonly, the silicon stick is stuck, the length measurement is abnormal, and the transmission encoder and the inverter are abnormal. In addition to this, the local heating wire is broken or the temperature of the region caused by the convection fan is not balanced, which is easy to cause the fryer.
